Welcome back to all our families as we get ready for our second week of PREP classes! A very special thank you to all the parents who attended our Parent Information Meeting this past Tuesday. Please pay attention to the following important information for the upcoming week:

Registration Deadline & Outstanding Documents: Registration for 2026/2027 PREP closes on September 25. Fillable forms are available on our website (hcprep.ca). Registrations and any outstanding documents (fees or Baptismal Certificates) can be dropped off at the Parish Office Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:45 PM.

Tuesday Evening Student Meeting: On Tuesday, September 22, all students will start their evening with a quick meeting in the Church. Students should line up in their designated areas by 6:55 PM, and teachers will walk them over to the Church together. If you arrive a few minutes late, please walk your child directly to the Church.

Parent Responsibility Agreement: Please ensure that you send your child with a completed Parent Responsibility Agreement form on Tuesday. Your child can submit this form to their Teacher.

Line-Up Locations & Traffic Safety: Students are expected at 6:55 PM for drop-off and should be picked up at 8:00 PM. Please walk your children to their designated line-up areas.

Parking Rules: PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Levels 6 and 7, parents are asked to walk their children to their line-up area before class and walk them back to their cars after dismissal. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to drop off or pick up your children. Please park in the Back Parking Lot.

Weekly Website Updates: IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC PREP website on a weekly basis for the most current updates (hcprep.ca). The website is updated with all relevant PREP information for the upcoming week every Friday.

Pathways Girls Leadership Club (2026-2027): Holy Cross will be hosting the Pathways Girls Leadership Club beginning October 2026 to May 2027. Pathways is a Catholic leadership club for girls entering grades 3 to 5. Girls will grow in virtue, friendship and leadership through engaging activities, including arts & crafts, drama, games, discussions and service.
