HC PREP Weekly Parent Memo – September 25, 2026
Welcome back to all our PREP families as we prepare for Week 3 of classes! We hope your children are settling well into their routines and enjoying their time together.
Please take note of the following important updates and reminders for the coming week:
- Parent Responsibility Agreement Form: If you have not yet sent in your child’s completed Parent Responsibility Agreement form, please make sure to send it with your child this Tuesday so they can hand it directly to their teacher.
- Final Call for Outstanding Documents & Fees: Registration is now closed. If you still have outstanding registration fees or have not yet submitted your child’s Baptismal Certificate, please drop them off at the Parish Office as soon as possible (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–3:45 PM).
- Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Parking Safety:
- Classes run from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please ensure students arrive at their designated line-up areas by 6:55 PM.
- PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT.
- Except for Levels 6 and 7, parents must walk their children directly to their line-up areas before class and meet them there at dismissal.
- Do not stop in the Front Lot for drop-off or pick-up—please park in the Back Parking Lot to keep traffic moving safely.
- Ascent Volleyball Club: We are pleased to share information about Ascent Volleyball Club, founded by members of our Holy Cross Parish community! Physical activity and sports play a wonderful role in the character and personal development of young people. To learn more or to register, visit https://www.ascentvolleyball.com/.
- Pathways Girls Leadership Club (2026–2027): Starting soon! Holy Cross is hosting Pathways, a Catholic leadership club for girls in grades 3 to 5 running from October 2026 to May 2027. Meeting once a month on Saturdays, the club helps girls grow in virtue, friendship, and leadership through games, crafts, drama, and service.
