I would like to thank our Lev. 7 Class and their Teachers for the wonderful job they did in preparing our first Community Prep Mass last Tuesday. I would also like to thank all the Parents and Guests, who were in attendance.  Please pay attention to the following information:

*   Registration for the HC Prep Program for 2025/26 is now officially closed. Thank you to all of our Families, who properly completed the Registration process.

*   For our regular Tuesday Night Prep classes, our Students are expected to be here at 6:55 pm for Drop-off & they should be Picked-up at 8 pm. Our Students should be walked to their Line-up areas (Please take note of the Lev.3, Lev. 4 &       Lev. 5 changes from last year) 

 *    Lev. 1, Lev. 2 & Lev. 3  by the Side entrance to the Church in the Front Parking Lot /  Lev. 4 & Lev. 5 under the Covered Area at the Front Entrance to the School  / Lev. 6 & Lev. 7 under the Covered Area in the Back Parking Lot.                 

*   PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Lev. 6 & Lev. 7, Parents are being asked to walk their Children to their line up area for the start of classes and to walk them back to their Cars after classes are finished. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to Drop – off or Pick-up your Children. Please park in the Back Parking Lot.

*   IMPORTANT: The first Level 7 Confirmation Parents / Candidates Meeting will take place on Oct. 21 @ 7 pm in the Church. (At least one Parent is expected to attend with their Child) 

*   IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC Prep Program Website on a weekly basis for the most current up-dates. The Website will be updated with all relevant Prep Program Information for the upcoming week, on Fridays or Mondays.            (hcprep.ca)    

*   Gabriella from our Lev. 3 Class is doing a HairCut Fundraiser, in support of Children’s Hospital. If you wish to donate to this Fundraiser, supporting Children`s Hospital please go to the link provided: https://fundraise.bcchf.ca/s/29090/41626/w   (WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU GABRIELLA)

*   IMPORTANT: Our Lev. 2 First Holy Communion Enrolment Mass will take place on Sunday, Nov. 2 in the Church (At least 1 Parent and their Child is expected to attend)
