I would like to remind all our Families to “turn your clocks back one hour on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 2 am”.  Please pay attention to the following information:

*   Registration for the HC Prep Program for 2025/26 is now officially closed.

*   For our regular Tuesday Night Prep classes, our Students are expected to be here at 6:55 pm for Drop-off & they should be Picked-up at 8 pm. Our Students should be walked to their Line-up areas (Please take note of the Lev.3, Lev. 4 &       Lev. 5 changes from last year) Lev. 1, Lev. 2 & Lev. 3  by the Side entrance to the Church in the Front Parking Lot /  Lev. 4 & Lev. 5 under the Covered Area at the Front Entrance to the School  / Lev. 6 & Lev. 7 under the Covered Area in the Back Parking Lot.                 

*   PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Lev. 6 & Lev. 7, Parents are being asked to walk their Children to their line up area for the start of classes and to walk them back to their Cars after classes are finished. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to Drop – off or Pick-up your Children. Please park in the Back Parking Lot. WE ARE STILL HAVING A FEW PARENTS / GRANDPARENTS ATTEMPTING TO DROP THEIR KIDS OFF IN THE FRONT LOT AND THIS IS NOT PERMITTED!

*   IMPORTANT: The Confirmation Mass for our Level 7 Students will take place on Tuesday, April 7 with the Archbishop. (No Prep Classes for Lev. 1 to Lev. 6 Classes on that night) 

*   IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC Prep Program Website on a weekly basis for the most current up-dates. The Website will be updated with all relevant Prep Program Information for the upcoming week, on Fridays or Mondays.            (hcprep.ca)    

              *   IMPORTANT: Our Lev. 2 First Holy Communion Enrolment Mass will take place on Sunday, Nov. 2 in the Church at 10 am (At least 1 Parent and their Child is expected to attend, as part of the Communion Program)

                *    IMPORTANT:  NO PREP CLASSES ON NOV. 11, DUE TO THE REMEMBRANCE DAY HOLIDAY

                *    IMPORTANT:  Confessions for Level 3 to 7 Students will take place on Nov. 28, in the Church at 7 pm (This will be for the Students only) 

                *    IMPORTANT:  The Lev. 2 First Communion Mass will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026
