Welcome back to all our Families as we  get ready for our Second week of Prep Program Classes. A very special thank you to all the Parents, who attended the important Information Meeting on Sept. 16.  Please pay attention to the following information:

*  There are still a few spots available in the HC Prep Program for 2025/26. There is a Fillable Registration Form provided on our Website (hcprep.ca) and Registration will close on Sept. 24. Registrations can be dropped off at the Parish          Office from Mon. to Fri. from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3:45 pm.

*   Prep Classes have officially started. Our Students are expected to be here at 6:55 pm for Drop-off & they should be Picked-up at 8 pm. Our Students should be walked to their Line-up areas (Please take note of the Lev.3, Lev. 4 & Lev. 5         changes from last year) 

     Lev. 1, Lev. 2 & Lev. 3  by the Side entrance to the Church in the Front Parking Lot /  Lev. 4 & Lev. 5 under the Covered Area at the Front Entrance to the School  / Lev. 6 & Lev. 7 under the Covered Area in the Back Parking Lot.                 PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Lev. 6 & Lev. 7, Parents are being asked to walk their Children to their line up area for the start of classes and to walk them back to 

     their Cars after classes are finished. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to Drop – off or Pick-up your Children. Please park in the Back Parking Lot.

*   On Tuesday night, all our Students will start their evening with a quick meeting in the Church with Mr. Alberti & a Blessing from Father Yarek. The Students will go over to the Church with their Teachers from the Line-up. (If you are a       few minutes late please walk your Children over to the Church)

*   IMPORTANT: NO PREP CLASSES ON SEPT. 30, due to the National Truth and Reconciliation Holiday. 

*   IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC Prep Program Website on a weekly basis for the most current up dates.The Website will be updated with all relevant Prep Program Information for the upcoming week, on Fridays.  (hcprep.ca)
