Student Checklist
Baptismal Certificate: Please make sure to provide a clear printed copy of your child's certificate alongside your form.
Class Limits: We anticipate a high volume of interest, and class sizes are limited. We highly encourage families to submit forms early to secure a spot!
Program Registration Fees
- Early Registration Fee (until June 1, 2026):
- 1 child – $110.00
- 2 children – $140.00
- 3 or more children – $165.00
- Standard Registration Fee (after June 1, 2026):
- 1 child – $135.00
- 2 children – $160.00
- 3 or more children – $190.00
Sacramental Preparation Fees (Additional)

First Holy Communion (Level 2):

(Covers sacramental preparation materials, custom certificates, group photos, and liturgical robe rentals).

Confirmation (Level 7):

+$90.00 per child

(Covers specialized curriculum books, certificates, robe rentals, and registration for the Archdiocesan Spirit Day retreat).

Submit Your Registration
Bring Forms In Person
To ensure your child's registration is processed smoothly, all forms must be submitted in person to the Parish Office. This allows us to verify your documents and secure your child's placement instantly.
Please remember to bring a photocopy of your child's Baptismal Certificate.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Cheque (payable to Holy Cross Parish) or Credit Card (Visa).
Please note that credit card transactions must be processed live at the front desk at the time of submission.

Parish Office Hours:
- Normal Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Summer Hours (July and August): Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
In-Person Submissions:
Please note that no registrations or payments will be accepted during July and August (unless in specific circumstances).
In-person form drop-offs will officially resume when registration reopens on Wednesday, September 2nd.
