Thank you all for your continued support, cooperation, and partnership as we begin another great week of PREP. Please take note of the following updates:

• First PREP Community Mass: Join us for our first Community Mass on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, led by our Level 7 students! We look forward to praying and celebrating together as a parish community. If you arrive a few minutes late on Mass day, please walk your child directly over to the Church.
• Level 7 Confirmation Parents / Candidates Meeting: The first Level 7 Confirmation Parents / Candidates Meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 20 @ 7:00 PM in the Church. At least one parent is expected to attend with their child.
• Outstanding Documents & Fees: If you still have outstanding registration fees or have not yet submitted your child’s Baptismal Certificate, please drop them off at the Parish Office as soon as possible (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–3:45 PM).
• Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Parking Safety:
  • PREP Classes officially run from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Our students are expected to be here at 6:55 PM for drop-off and should be picked up at 8:00 PM.
  • Students should be walked to their line-up areas:
    • Level 1 & Level 2: By the side entrance to the Church in the Front Parking Lot.
    • Level 3, Level 4 & Level 5: Under the covered area at the front entrance to the School.
    • Level 6 & Level 7: Under the covered area in the Back Parking Lot.
  • PLEASE CONTINUE TO DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Level 6 and Level 7, parents are asked to walk their children to their line-up area for the start of classes and to walk them back to their cars after classes are finished. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to drop off or pick up your children—please park in the Back Parking Lot.
• Weekly Website Updates: IMPORTANT: Please visit our website (hcprep.ca) weekly for the most up-to-date program information, FAQs, and confirmed Sacrament dates. Updates for the upcoming week are posted every Friday.
• Ascent Volleyball Club: We are pleased to share information about Ascent Volleyball Club, founded by members of our Holy Cross parish community! Physical activity and sports play a wonderful role in the character and personal development of young people. To learn more or to register, visit https://www.ascentvolleyball.com/.
• Pathways Girls Leadership Club (2026–2027): Starting this month! Holy Cross is hosting Pathways, a Catholic leadership club for girls in grades 3 to 5 running from October 2026 to May 2027. Meeting once a month on Saturdays, the club helps girls grow in virtue, friendship, and leadership through games, crafts, drama, and service.
