Holy Cross PREP

I would like to start off by thanking the Lev. 2 Students and their Teachers for the outstanding job they are doing in preparing for the Sacrament of  First Communion which will take place on April 25th @ 1 pm in our Church. Please pay attention to the following information:

*    IMPORTANT: Level 2  First Communion Mass Rehearsal & Gown Pick-up is from 4:15 to 5:30 pm on Wednesday, April 22. (Students can be dropped off in the School Gym @ 4:15 pm and Parents can proceed to the Church Basement to pick-up their Child`s                   Gown)  

*   IMPORTANT: For our regular Tuesday Night Prep classes, we have been granted permission to allow our Parents to make a LEFT TURN off of Delta Ave into the parking lot entrance in front of the Church. Parents are not permitted to       enter the Parking Lot from the Back Lot Exit area. Parents are only permitted to exit from the Back Lot ramp. Please also note, that when you are leaving our Parking lot on to Delta Ave, you are only permitted to “TURN RIGHT” 

*   PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Lev. 6 & Lev. 7, Parents are being asked to walk their Children to their line up area for the start of classes and to walk them back to 

     the cars after classes are finished. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to Drop – off or Pick-up your Children. Please park in the Back Parking Lot. 

*   IMPORTANT: ALL LEV. 2 & LEV. 7 SACRAMENTAL PHOTOS / DOCUMENTS  WILL BE GIVEN TO OUR STUDENTS ON MAY 19th (All our Students are expected to participate in Classes up to May 19 th) 

*   IMPORTANT: HC PREP CLASSES FOR THE YEAR WILL END ON MAY 19. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FOR NEXT YEAR ON APR. 28 (HARD COPIES OF THE REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE SENT HOME OR YOU         CAN GO ON-LINE FOR THE FORM AT hcprep.ca

*   IMPORTANT: Lenten Mite Boxes were sent home on Feb. 24 and can be returned by no later than  April 21. (Participation is voluntary)

*  IMPORTANT: The First Communion Mass will take place on Saturday, April 25 at 1 pm in the Church (Students are expected to be here in the School Gym by 12:20 pm)

*   IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC Prep Program Website on a weekly basis for the most current up-dates. The Website will be updated with all relevant Prep Program Information for the upcoming week, on Fridays or Mondays.            (hcprep.ca)
