Holy Cross PREP

I would like to start off by welcoming all our Families back for the 2nd Semester of the HC Prep Program.  Please pay attention to the following information:

*   IMPORTANT: For our regular Tuesday Night Prep classes, we have been granted permission to allow our Parents to make a LEFT TURN off of Delta Ave into the parking lot entrance in front of the Church. Parents are not permitted to       enter the Parking Lot from the Back Lot Exit area. Parents are only permitted to exit from the Back Lot ramp. Please also note, that when you are leaving our Parking lot on to Delta Ave, you are only permitted to “TURN RIGHT” 

*   PLEASE DRIVE WITH DUE CARE & ATTENTION IN OUR PARKING LOT. With the exception of Lev. 6 & Lev. 7, Parents are being asked to walk their Children to their line up area for the start of classes and to walk them back to 

     their Cars after classes are finished. Please do not stop in the Front Lot to Drop – off or Pick-up your Children. Please park in the Back Parking Lot. 

*   IMPORTANT: The Confirmation Mass for our Level 7 Students will take place on Tuesday, April 7 with the Archbishop. (No Prep Classes for Lev. 1 to Lev. 6 Classes on that night) 

*   Our next Community Prep Mass will take place on Feb.17, in the Church at 7 pm and the Mass will be prepared by the Lev. 5 Class (Parents and Family guests are welcome to attend)

*    IMPORTANT: Spring Break for HC Prep (NO CLASSES ON MARCH 17 & MARCH 24)

*    IMPORTANT: Lev. 2 Parents Meeting in the Church at 7 pm in regards to the Sacrament of Reconciliation on Tuesday, Jan. 20 (at least 1 Parent from each Lev. 2 Family is expected to attend) Lev. 2 Sacrament of First Reconciliation            will take place on Feb. 24 at 7 pm in the Church

*   IMPORTANT: Lev. 7 (PREP) & Grade 7 (SCHOOL) Spirit Day as part of the Confirmation Program will take place on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 12:15 pm to 4:15 pm (Please note, that attendance for all Lev. 7 Students is expected) 

*   IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC Prep Program Website on a weekly basis for the most current up-dates. The Website will be updated with all relevant Prep Program Information for the upcoming week, on Fridays or Mondays.            (hcprep.ca)
