Holy Cross PREP

I would like to start off by reminding all our Families, that there is only One Session of Prep left in the year and that attendance at the last Class on May 19, is important. Your cooperation throughout the year has been much appreciated. Please pay attention to the following information:

 *  IMPORTANT: I will be retiring as Director of the Holy Cross Prep Program, effective June 30, 2026. I want to sincerely thank you all for your continued support of the HC Prep Program throughout this year and in past years as well. Mr. Joseph Villella will be taking over for me, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Joseph currently teaches at Holy Cross Elementary School and will continue in both roles next year. I look forward to positively closing up this year with all of you with great anticipation.  

*   IMPORTANT: For our regular Tuesday Night Prep classes, we have been granted permission to allow our Parents to make a LEFT TURN off of Delta Ave into the parking lot entrance in front of the Church. Parents are not permitted to enter the Parking Lot from the Back Lot Exit area. Parents are only permitted to exit from the Back Lot ramp. Please also note, that when you are leaving our Parking lot on to Delta Ave, you are only permitted to “TURN RIGHT” 

*   IMPORTANT: ALL LEV. 2 & LEV. 7 SACRAMENTAL PHOTOS / LEV. 1 TO 7 CSL DOCUMENTS  WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO OUR STUDENTS ON MAY 19TH, OUR LAST DAY OF CLASSES. 

*  IMPORTANT: HC PREP CLASSES WILL END ON MAY 19 & REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FOR NEXT YEAR ON APR. 28 (HARD COPIES OF THE REGISTRATION FORMS WERE SENT HOME OR YOU CAN GO ON-LINE FOR THE FORM AT hcprep.ca) THE EARLY REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT ENDS ON JUNE FIRST. (REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL JUNE 30TH AND THEN WILL RE-OPEN AGAIN ON SEPT. 2)  PREP CLASSES FOR 2026/2027 START UP AGAIN ON SEPTEMBER 14 @ 7 pm.

*  IMPORTANT: The last Community Prep Mass of the Year took place on May 12th. The Mass was presented by the Lev. 4 Class and we are all so proud of the great job the Teachers and Students did in presenting the Mass to our Community.

*   IMPORTANT: Please refer to the HC Prep Program Website on a weekly basis for the most current up-dates. The Website will be updated with all relevant Prep Program Information for the upcoming week, on Fridays or Mondays. (hcprep.ca)
